1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain items such as intimate goods, perishable items, or personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of Purchase.
Once the order has been processed/shipped, it cannot be canceled.
