  • Certain items such as intimate goods, perishable items, or personalized/customized products are non-returnable.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrect.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of Purchase.

  • Once the order has been processed/shipped, it cannot be canceled.
